1. Who we are
RWNDS is operated by Hyped, Lda (www.goinghyped.com), Rua de António Correia Calhatro 11, 4700-126 Braga, Portugal, NIF 514727926. For anything about your data, write to rwnds@goinghyped.com.
2. Roles
We are the controller of your account and profile. Each tournament organiser using RWNDS is the controller of the data of its own events, and we process that data as its processor, under a written agreement.
3. What we collect
Steam identity (SteamID, Steam name, avatar if allowed), nickname, email if you use Google sign-in or email invitations, an "under age" declaration if you make it, the teams and events you are part of, match results and statistics, your consents and when you gave them, your photo if you upload one, and technical logs (IP address, browser, time).
4. Why, and on what basis
To run your account and let you take part in events (contract). To show your photo and image on the platform and in broadcasts (your consent). To keep competition records, keep the platform secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.
5. Who receives data
Organisers and team managers of your events; the hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, EU; Steam (Valve) and Google when you sign in through them, under their own policies; and, if the organiser broadcasts an event, the viewers of that broadcast. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
6. Transfers outside the EU
None by us. Sign-in through Steam or Google involves those providers under their own terms.
7. Retention
Account and profile: while the account exists, and up to 7 days after an erasure request. Results and match history: kept by the organiser as competition records; after erasure, only your SteamID and nickname remain in matches already played. Consents: kept with the version accepted, for as long as the account exists and 3 years after, as proof. Technical logs: 90 days. Backups: 30 days.
8. Your rights
Access and portability (download your data from your profile), erasure (from your profile, with 7 days to cancel), rectification, restriction and objection (write to us). You can withdraw a consent at any time from your profile without affecting what was done before. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Portugal, the CNPD.
9. Under age
We never ask for a date of birth. If you declare you are under age, your photo and any use of your image need a parent or guardian’s consent, recorded on the platform.
10. Security
Data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit, isolated per organiser, and backed up. Photos never leave our servers to a venue. Staff access is limited to what running the platform requires and is logged.
11. Changes
We will publish changes here and, where they matter to you, ask you to accept the updated notice before you continue.
